济宁市农村留守儿童预防接种情况调查及应对策略探讨

摘　　要：目的调查济宁市农村留守儿童预防接种情况,寻找解决问题的对策,全面提高计划免疫工作水平。方法采取随机抽样法,对1~6岁农村留守、非留守儿童进行免疫规划疫苗的接种率调查。结果济宁市农村留守儿童建卡建证率和基础免疫接种率明显低于非留守儿童（P〈0.01）,监护人年龄结构为40岁以下的农村留守儿童5苗接种率和全程免疫覆盖率均高于监护人年龄结构在60岁以上的农村留守儿童,差异有显著的统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论要重点关注和提高留守儿童免疫规划疫苗的预防接种。Objective To investigate vaccination situation of left-behind children in rural areas of Jining,develop the strategies for solving the problem,and improve the level of immunization program comprehensively.Methods We investigated planned immunization rate of 1-6 years＇ left-behind children and non-left-behind children in rural areas by random sampling.Results Building the cards certificates rates and basic immunization rates of left-behind children in rural areas of Jining City were significantly lower than that in non-left-behind children（P0.01）,and the vaccination rate of the five kinds of vaccines and full immunization coverage rate of rural left-behind children whose guardian younger than 40 years were higher than that whose guardian age over 60 years,and there were significant difference（P0.01）.Conclusion We should focus on and improve the immunization program vaccination of left-behind children.
