摘　　要：在《金匮要略.脏腑经络先后病脉证第一》曰:"见肝之病,知肝传脾,当先实脾,四季脾旺不受邪,即勿补之"的论述。古人对肝脾的相关性已有足够的重视,不仅提出其病理上的相互联系,而且更进一步提出了治疗中对肝脾相关性的应用。肝与脾的研究一直是各代医家和现代医学研究的热门,它不仅涉及"治未病"的范畴,也对更进一步揭示"证"的内部作用机制发挥着不可估量的作用。本文主要论述"肝郁脾虚证"的现代研究进展,包括动物模型的研究,指标及其现状的探讨,为进一步揭示"肝郁脾虚证"的生物学机制奠定理论基础。in synopsis of the zang-fu organs and meridians successively disease. First pulse card, to see liver disease, to know handed spleen yourselves, protect spleen first,in four seasons, spleen does not suffer evil, do not nutrient, from this sentence, can see the ancients of liver and spleen correlation have enough attention, not only proposes its pathological on the mutual relationship, but also put forward for further treatment of liver and spleen correlation of application. Liver and spleen is hot research which has been each generation differ and modern medicine, its involves not only ＂governance is not ill＂ category, further to reveal the ＂card＂ internal mechanism plays an inestimable role. In this paper mainly describes the liver depression and spleen insufficiency, including modern research progress of animal models of research, index and its current situation, this paper is the base.
