摘 要:目的:对羊毛甾醇、桦褐孔菌醇、齐墩果酸和甘草次酸进行微生物转化研究。方法:采用液体土豆培养基对18种菌株进行振荡培养,对羊毛甾醇、桦褐孔菌醇、齐墩果酸和甘草次酸进行生物转化试验,发酵液用乙酸乙酯或正丁醇萃取并浓缩,萃取液采用薄层色谱鉴定转化结果。结果:黑曲霉3.795转化桦褐孔菌醇的发酵液中出现转化斑点;短刺小克银汉霉AS 3.970、雅致小克银汉霉AS 3.1207、多型孢毛霉AS 3.3443、总状共头霉AS 3.264、刺囊毛霉AS 3.2450等5种菌株转化齐墩果酸的发酵液中出现转化斑点;黑曲霉3.795、短刺小克银汉霉AS 3.970、雅致小克银汉霉AS 3.1207、多型孢毛霉AS 3.3443、侧孢霉AS 3.2882、总状共头霉AS 3.264、细孢毛霉AS 3.2450、黑曲霉AS 3.1858等8种菌株转化甘草次酸的发酵液中出现转化斑点。结论:黑曲霉3.795可用生物转化桦褐孔菌醇,AS 3.970、AS 3.1207、AS 3.3443、AS 3.264、AS 3.2450可转化齐墩果酸,黑曲霉3.795及AS 3.970、AS 3.1207、AS 3.3443、AS 3.2882、AS 3.264、AS 3.2450可转化甘草次酸,所筛菌种均不能转化羊毛甾醇。Objective:To biotransform lanosterol,inotodiol,oleanolic acid and glycyrrhetinic acid.Methods:18 strains of mycetes were shaking-cultured in potato nutrient medium to transforme lanosterol,inotodiol,oleanolic acid and glycyrrhetinic acid.Fermentation broth was extracted with acetic ether or n-butanol.And the products in the extracts were identified by TLC.Results:Aspergillus niger 3.795 could transform inotodiol.Five strains,Cunninghamella blakesleana AS 3.970、Cunninghamella elegans AS 3.1207、Mucor polymorphosporus AS 3.3443、Syncephalastrum racemosum AS 3.264、Mucor spinosus AS 3.2450,could transform oleanolic acid.Eight strains,Aspergillus niger 3.795,Cunninghamella blakesleana AS 3.970,Cunninghamella elegans AS 3.1207,Mucor polymorphosporus AS 3.3443,Sporotrichum sp.AS 3.2882,Syncephalastrum racemosum AS 3.264,Mucor spinosus AS 3.2450,Aspergillus niger AS 3.1858 could transform glycyrrhetinic acid.Conclusion:Aspergillus niger 3.795 can transform inotodiol.AS 3.970,AS 3.1207,AS 3.3443,AS 3.264,AS 3.2450 can transform oleanolic acid.Aspergillus niger 3.795,AS 3.970,AS 3.1207,AS 3.3443,AS 3.2882,AS 3.264,AS 3.2450,AS 3.1858 can transform glycyrrhetinic acid.And no strain can transform lanosterol.
