摘　　要：继工业文明后,生态文明是一种正在生成的发展的文明范式,它是人类文明发展的又一个新的高级阶段。而实施企业生态工程,发展循环经济,是构建生态文明,实现工业与经济社会良性发展的重要途径。这要求在宏观上发展循环经济加快产业生态化,构建工业企业实施生态工程的动力机制及其政策,在微观上建设生态工业园区推进工业企业实施生态工程的实施。Following the industrial civilization, ecological civilization is being generated by the development of a paradigm of civilization; And it is a new advanced stage in the human civilization. The implementation of ecological engineering enterprises and the development of recycling economy are important means in building ecological civilization and making the society of the industry and economy forward the direction of the healthy development. This requires the development of circular economy on a macro to speed up industrial ecology, constructing dynamic regimes and policies of the industrial enterprises which carried out ecological engineering, on the micro Eco-industrial Park on the construction of industrial enterprises to promote the implementation of ecological engineering.
