摘 要:通过盆栽模拟试验,研究了干旱区绿洲土壤Cd、Pb单一与复合污染下,芹菜各部位对Cd、Pb的吸收累积与迁移规律。结果表明:在Cd、Pb单一与Cd-Pb复合污染下,芹菜根部和茎叶部对重金属的吸收与累积随着土壤重金属浓度的增大而增加。在复合污染下,Pb对Cd在芹菜体内吸收与累积的影响作用不明显;而Cd抑制了芹菜根部和茎叶部对Pb的吸收与累积。芹菜茎叶部对Cd、Pb的吸收与相应处理下土壤Cd与Pb有效态含量呈显著线性关系。Pb对土壤中Cd的有效态含量没有影响,Cd降低了土壤中Pb的有效态含量。不同处理下,芹菜根部对Cd、Pb的吸收大于茎叶部,Cd比Pb更易在芹菜体内吸收与累积并向地上部分迁移。Pot experiments were conducted to study laws of the uptake and accumulation of heavy metals by celery(Apium graveolens) under single and combined pollution of Cd and Pb in arid oasis soils.Results showed that the concentrations of Cd and Pb in different parts of celery increased with the increasing of them in the soils.In treatment of Cd-Pb combined pollution,the presence of Pb had no significant effect on absorption of Cd whereas the presence of Cd inhibited the celery to absorb Pb.Cd and Pb content in the edible part of celery increased linearly with the increasing bioavailability concentration of Cd and Pb in the soils.Cd in soil decreased the bioavailability concentration of Pb,while Pb didn't have such significant effect.Cd and Pb were distributed mainly in the root of celery.Compared to Pb,Cd was more mobile and easily migrated upwards in the arid oasis soil.
