摘　　要：作为中国特色社会主义理论体系重要组成部分的科学发展观,是提高自主创新能力的理论指导,提高自主创新能力是落实科学发展观,实现科学发展的根本举措。观念创新是提高自主创新能力的先导,体制创新是提高自主创新能力的保障,机制创新是提高自主创新能力的关键,文化氛围是提高自主创新能力的土壤。As the important part of the China-specific socialist system, the scientific outlook on development is the theoretical guidance for the independent innovation. On the other hand, independent innovation may safeguard and enhance the scientific development with its fertile culture.
