摘 要:目的:分析高职生的总体心理健康状况,为高职生心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法:对2001-2010年间的51项高职生90项症状自评量表(SCL-90)测试结果进行meta-分析。结果:高职生在SCL-90的强迫、人际关系敏感、恐怖和精神病性上的得分高于成人常模,在其余因子上的得分和成人常模差异无统计学意义;高职生和大学生在SCL-90各因子上得分差异均无统计学意义;高职生SCL-90各因子得分的性别和城乡差异均无统计学意义。结论:高职生的心理健康状况比普通人群差,和大学生没有差异,同时不存在高职生性别和城乡的差别。Objective: To explore the overall mental health status of vocational college students, in order to provide theoretical basis for mental health education. Methods: The meta-analysis method was used to analyze 51 studies which applied the Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) between 2001 and 2010. Results: Vocational college students scored higher in obsessive-compulsive, interpersonal sensitivity, phobic anxiety and psychotism than the a- dult norms. There was no significant difference in all the factors of SCL-90 between vocational college students and university students. There was no gender or city-countryside difference in all the factors of SCL-90 in vocational college students. Conclusion: It suggests that the mental health status of vocational college students is worse than that of general population, and comparable to that of university students, with no significant differences between genders and city-countryside.
