摘 要:针对筐壳类塑件壁薄、难以成型的特点,探讨了Pro/E软件在注塑模具设计中的优点,介绍了注塑模具开发的一般流程。设计了前、后、左、右四个侧向的斜导柱侧抽芯机构,来成型侧面孔和实现侧向抽芯。把整个型腔设计成侧滑块和型腔底板的形式,降低了模具型腔加工的难度。采用模具专家系统EMX,提高了设计效率。在传统的设计基础上,将模流分析、数控模拟加工等现代数值分析方法成功应用到筐壳类塑件注塑模具的开发中。结果表明基于Pro/E的模流分析方法可大大提高模具开发的成功率,缩短开发周期。For the characteristics of basket shell plastic parts thin shell and difficult to shape, the advantages of Pro/E software have been discussed, and the general process of injection mold development has been described the front, back, left, and right lateral oblique column-side pulling mechanism is designed to form the side bole and achieve the side pulling. The entire cavity is designed into and the cavity bottom and side slider to reduce the difficulty of the processing on mold cavity. The expert system of mold has been used to improve design efficiency. Based on the traditional design, modem numerical analysis methods such as mold flow analysis and CNC simulation machining have been successfully applied to the injection mold development of basket shell plastic parts. It has been pointed out that mold flow analysis method based on Pro/E can greatly improve the success rate of mold development and shorten the development cycle
