摘　　要：通过对资本、人力资本、智力资本等概念的回顾分析了资本概念的本质内涵,形成对员工智力资本概念内涵的完整认识。然后根据员工智力资本概念内涵逻辑地将人力资本、社会资本与心理资本概念纳入个体智力资本的概念框架之中,提出个体智力力资本整合概念模型。模型旨在给出全面观测员工个人价值的理论框架,尚待有关实证研究的修正和支持。This paper tends to analyze the connotation of capital based on a historical review of capital, human resource capital and intellectual capital, and thus to form a comprehensive understanding of the connotation of personnel intellectual capital. It then logically bases the concept framework of personnel intellectual capital on human resource capital, social capital and psycho- logical capital. An integrated concept model is put forward concerning individual intellectual capital. It aims at constructing a the- oretical framework to fully observe personnel individual value, despite that it still remains to be modified and verified with empiri- cal studies.
