摘 要:我国目前公共交通出行方式服务水平有待进一步提高,公共交通系统内部各种交通方式(轨道、快速公交、常规公交等)之间以及公共交通方式与其他交通方式之间都需要整合规划。提出"枢纽分级、分区服务、线网分层、逐层展开"的公共交通网络布局规划模式,进行综合开发及集中式立体化换乘组织的客运综合交通枢纽整合模式,以枢纽内部协调调度、单线路协调调度、区域多线路协调调度三层次的调度系统运行模式,包含多种公共交通方式的多模式多平台信息提供框架,以及一体化票制票价体系建设思路,从而实现整个公共交通系统的一体化整合,提高系统服务水平和运行效率。In order to improve the level of service of a public transport(PT) system,it is necessary to integrate all trip mode of PT system and integrate PT and other trip mode.A planning method for multi-hierarchy PT network is presented based on the following ideas,defined below: transfer terminals by classification,service for the districts,PT network by hierarchy,planning layer by layer;an integration mode for intermodal hubs is presented and intermodal hubs are designed as a integration project to be planned and constructed and are organized by using a vertical mode of traffic organization;the dispatching system of PT consists of the inner dispatching system of intermodal hubs,the multi-routes dispatching system of bus lines and the dispatching system of districts;a frame for the multimodal and multimedia travel information system is put forward;a integration system for PT fare is suggested.Integrating public transport system will result in improving the level of service of PT tip mode and increasing the operation efficiency.
