小羊肚菌菌丝培养条件的研究

摘　　要：对产自江西九江小羊肚菌人工栽培时不同培养基、不同碳源、不同氮源、不同碳氮比及不同酸碱度等生长条件进行了初步研究。结果表明:小羊肚菌最适宜的培养基为豆饼200g(煮汁),玉米粉5g,蔗糖20g,KH2PO41g,MgSO40.5g,NaNO30.01g,酵母膏0.5g,琼脂20g,水1 000mL;小羊肚菌菌丝能利用多种碳、氮源,其中以果糖为最佳碳源,以NH4NO3和牛肉膏作为最佳氮源,小羊肚菌菌丝生长的最适碳氮比为20∶1,小羊肚菌菌丝培养的适宜pH为6。Effects of culture medium,carbon sources,nitrogen sources,carbon-to-nitrogen ratio,and pH on mycelium growth of cultivated Morehella deliciosa produced from Jiujiang in Jiangxi were studied.The results showed that the optimum culture medium was bean cake 200 g（boiled）,corn flour 5 g,sucrose 20 g,KH2PO41 g,MgSO40.5 g,NaNO30.01 g,yeast extract 0.5 g,agar 20 g and water 1 000 mL.Various carbon sources and nitrogen sources could be used by Morehella deliciosa.Among them,the best carbon sources was fructose,and the best nitrogen sources was NH4NO3 and beef paste.The optimum carbon to nitrogen ratio was 20∶1.The mycelia of Morehella deliciosa were fitting to grow in neutral to low acid conditions,and the optimum pH was 6.
