安神一号胶囊与劳拉西泮治疗躯体形式障碍自主神经紊乱的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较安神一号胶囊与劳拉西泮治疗躯体形式障碍自主神经紊乱的疗效。方法:将90例躯体形式障碍自主神经紊乱住院患者随机分为2组,安神一号胶囊组与劳拉西泮组各45例,治疗8周,采用Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)和Clinical Global Impres GIon-global improvement(CGIGI)评定临床疗效。结果:安神一号胶囊与劳拉西泮有效率分别为:86.66%和82.22%,2组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:安神一号胶囊与劳拉西泮治疗躯体形式障碍自主神经紊乱疗效相当。Objective：To compare the efficacy of treating patients with somatoform disorder and autonomic nervous disorder with AnShen YiHao capsule or lorazepam.Method：90 cases of patients with somatoform disorder and autonomic nervous disorder were randomly divided into two groups,each group had 45 cases and treated for 8 weeks,one group were treated with lorazepam and another group were treated with AnShen YiHao capsule,assessed the clinical efficacy using（Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA） and（Clinical Global ImpresGIon-global improvement,CGI-GI）.Result：The total effective rates of the AnShen YiHao capsule group and the lorazepam group were 86.66% and 82.22% after 8 weeks of treatment,the differences in efficacy between two groups had no significant difference（P0.05）. Conclusion：AnShen YiHao capsule and lorazepam have considerable effect on treating patients with somatoform disorder and autonomic nervous disorder.
