多发性骨髓瘤患者血清乳酸脱氢酶、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶、超敏C反应蛋白的变化及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨该地区汉族、维吾尔族多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(HBDH)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的变化及其临床意义。方法对122例MM患者(实验组)血清进行免疫固定电泳,对实验组和40例健康体检者(健康对照组)血清采用速率法检测LDH和HBDH,采用胶乳增强免疫透射比浊法检测hs-CRP。结果免疫固定电泳分型:IgG型66例、IgA型19例、IgM型10例、轻链型27例;对于血清LDH、HBDH、hs-CRP水平,实验组明显高于健康对照组,且Ⅱ、Ⅲ期的MM患者明显高于Ⅰ期患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);轻链型较健康对照组3个指标水平均明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);女性维吾尔族MM患者较健康对照组3个指标升高明显,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清LDH、HBDH、hs-CRP水平,对该地区汉族、维吾尔族MM患者的病情判断和疗效监测有一定临床意义。Objective To investigate the changes and clinical significance of serum levels of LDH, HBDH, and hs-CRP in pa tients with multiple myeIoma（MM） in Xinjiang Uygur and Han people. Methods Serum samples from 122 cases of patients with MM（test group）were detected by using immunofixation electrophoresis. Velocity method was employed to detect LDH and HBDH, and latex-enhanced immunity transmission turbidity method was used {or the measurement of hs-CRP in test group and 40 healthy controls （control group）. Results Among test group,66 cases were with IgG type, 19 with IgA type,10 with IgA type,27 with free light chain type. Serum levels of LDH, HBDH and hs CRP of test group were higher than those of control group （P〈0.05）, those of patients in stage II and ~ were higher than those of patients in stage I （P〈0.05） ,those of patient with free light chain were higher than those of control group （P〈0.05） ,and those of female Uygur patients with MM were higher than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There was certain significance for judging disease condition and monitoring therapeutic efficacies in MM patients of Uygur and Han people in Xin Jiang by measuring serum levels of LDH, HBDH and hs-CRP.
