良性和恶性前列腺组织中同源框基因NKX3.1的表达研究

摘　　要：目的免疫组化方法检测前列腺恶性肿瘤与良性前列腺增生组织标本中前列腺同源框基因NKX3.1表达情况,并分析相关性。方法前列腺恶性肿瘤均为腺癌50例;良性前列腺增生标本30例。所有标本均经病理检验证实,行NKX3.1免疫组化染色,光镜下观察阳性反应的细胞,并与患者病理生理指标做相关性分析。结果前列腺增生组织及前列腺癌组织中NKX3.1棕黄色染色均位于细胞核。中低分化的前列腺癌组织的染色强度明显高于高分化的前列腺癌组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同TNM分期的前列腺癌组织NKX3.1的表达强度不同,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),NKX3.1的表达强度随TNM分期的增加而增强。结论本研究用免疫组化方法检测的前列腺恶性组织标本中前列腺特异性同源框基因NKX3.1的表达随前列腺癌分级的升高而增加。Objective To investigate the expression of prostatic specific homeobox gene NKX3.1 in prostate malignant tumors and benign prostate hyperplasia tissue specimen by immunohistochemical assay method,and analyze the relationship.Methods Prostate malignant tumor specimens include 50 adenocarcinoma cases and benign prostatic hyperplasia specimen 30 cases.All specimen′s diagnose have been identified by pathological examination,stained by immunohistochemical method,observed under optical microscope cells with positive reaction Statistic analysis is performed with SPSS11.0 statistic software pack.Results Total positive rate of NKX3.l was 86% in prostate carcinoma,70% in benign prostate hyperplasia.The expressions of NKX3.1 in 50 prostate cancer specimens are stronger than that of other benign prostate tissues.And the expression of NKX3.l in low differentiation specimens was stronger than that of middle and high differentiation specimens.Conclusion Our studies show that in prostate malignant tumor tissues,the expression of prostatic specific homeobox gene NKX3.1 approximated to the datas in literature reports,and relationship were observed between NKX3.1 expression and Clinicopathological Characteristics Parameters.
