摘　　要：目的:探讨以背部为供皮区的鼓式取皮技术在大面积皮肤缺损修复中的优点。方法:对深度烧伤、体表瘢痕、巨型黑色素细胞痣等手术,皮肤撕脱伤及其他原因造成的大面积皮肤缺损的62例患者,根据皮肤缺损大小,用鼓式取皮机在背部切取相应的中厚皮片,移植修复缺损。结果:患者术后随访1～2年,所有移植皮片均成活,植皮区皮肤组织丰满,皮肤质地柔软、平整光滑,富有弹性,无明显增生性瘢痕,肢体关节活动自如,功能和外观恢复良好。同时,背部供皮区愈合良好,无瘢痕增生或瘢痕增生轻微,部位相对隐蔽,对外形影响小。结论:以背部为供皮区的鼓式取皮技术在大面积皮肤缺损修复中修复部位可获得较理想的功能和外观,同时供皮区符合整形美容理念,是大面积皮肤缺损修复的理想选择。Objective：To study the advantages of drum technology of the back of the drum for the donor site skin taking technique to repair large skin defects.Methods： Of functional parts of deep burn hypertrophic scar,scar surface,melanocytic nevi,kin avulsion and other causes large skin defect of 62 patients,according to defect size of skin with a drum machine in the back to take the appropriate thick was cut skin graft,by skin graft defect.Results：Patients were followed up 1~2 years,all skin grafts were survived 、plump、soft、flexibility、smooth and no scar formation,limb function were good,restore function and appearance were good;the same time,the back donor site healed with no scar formation or hypertrophic scar minor,site relative undercover,not affect the appearance.Conclusion：Of the dorsal skin area for the department to take skin drum skin defects in the repair of large skin areas and repair parts for both functions and obtain better cosmetic results,the concept of plastic surgery be performative in the donor site,is a large area ideal for repairing skin defects.
