摘  要:探讨用盐提法对尖紫蛤全脏器进行提取,并对提取物糖蛋白的抗肿瘤活性进行初步分析。结果表明:以0.5 mol/L NaCl为浸提液,料液比1:25,75℃水浴浸提85 min,60℃旋转蒸发浓缩,总糖含量、蛋白含量和得率分别为15.27%,4.42%和5.03%,醇沉乙醇终浓度达到60%提取效果最佳;采用四氮唑蓝还原法(MTT法)研究糖蛋白对鼻咽癌CNE-2Z的体外抗肿瘤活性,结果显示:抑制作用最明显的为200μg/mL的S-3号样液,抑制率达到13.74%,与阳性药合用后抑制率达83.02%;所有成分与阳性药合用均呈单纯相加作用。The extraction conditions of polysaccharide and protein by salt formulation from Sanguinolaria acuta and the anti-tumor activity of the extraction was studied in this paper.The results showed that the optimum conditions were: extraction solution 0.5 mol/L NaCl,the rate of raw material to water 1:25,extraction temperature 75℃,extraction time 80 minutes and concentration temperature 60 ℃.Under the optimum conditions,the content of glycans was 15.27%,the content of protein was 4.42% and the yield was 5.03%.The final alcohol occupied 60%.Use the MTT assay to investigate the anti-tumor activity of the extractions.It was also found that the inhibition rates of S-0(with the dose of 200μg/mL) and samples containg 5-Fu were 13.74% and 83%,respectively.All the ingredients combined with the positive drug effected simply additive action.
