摘 要:为找到导致2002年以来中国南部沿海鲍鱼养殖大量死亡的原因,利用胰蛋白培养基或硫代硫酸盐-柠檬酸盐-胆盐-蔗糖培养基从2003年汕尾发生病害的鲍鱼中分离得到了一株具有致病性的细菌。经生理生化特性试验及与特征溶藻弧菌ATCC 17749比较,此菌株为溶藻弧菌。经感染试验证明其对鲍苗的半致死量为1.58×104 CFU/mL,感染的病鲍苗与自然发病的症状相同,且从中也可用TCBS等培养基分离出此菌。结果显示溶藻弧菌是鲍苗的致病菌,菌株浓度达到104 CFU/mL就可以导致九孔鲍的死亡。To find out the reason that caused the Outbreaks of serious mortality among cultured abalone postlarvae occurred since 2002 on the south coast of China.One predominant motile bacterial strain was isolated from diseased abalone postlarvae on tryptic soy agar supplemented with 1% NaCl(TSA1) and/or thiosulphate citrate bile salt(TCBS) sucrose agar plates in an outbreak in July 2003 in Shanwei,Guangdong Province.The isolate(strain 1) was characterized and identified as Vibrio alginolyticus on the basis of biochemical characteristics,and comparisons with those of the reference strain V.alginolyticus ATCC 17749.Strain 1 was virulent to the abalone postlarvae with an LD50 value of 1.58×104 colony forming units/mL.Abalone postlarvae exhibited the same signs as that in natural outbreaks.The same bacterium could be re-isolated from abalone postlarvae after bacterial challenge using TSA1 and TCBS plates.The results reveal that V.alginolyticus is an infectious agent of abalone postlarvae,and concentrations of V.alginolyticus over 104 cells mL-1 should be terminal during Haliotis diversicolor supertexta postlarvae culture.
