溃疡性结肠炎患者焦虑抑郁状况调查

摘　　要：目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎患者焦虑抑郁状况，为临床干预提供依据。方法将90例溃疡性结肠炎患者设为观察组，抽取90名健康体检者设为对照组。采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表对两组焦虑抑郁状况进行测评分析。结果观察组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表总分均高于对照组和国内常模（P〈0．01）；焦虑情绪检出率为37．78％，抑郁情绪检出率为33．33％，显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。观察组患者不同病程、病情、工作性质、文化程度焦虑抑郁情绪检出率差异均有显著性（P〈0．05或0．01）。结论溃疡性结肠炎患者存在显著的焦虑抑郁情绪问题，且焦虑抑郁情绪与其病程、病情、工作性质、文化程度等因素显著相关。在临床治疗中要有选择性的联合抗抑郁剂治疗，同时予以有针对性的心理干预，以提高患者的心理健康水平，使溃疡性结肠炎患者能早日获得全面的康复。Objective To explore the anxiety-depression status among patients with ulcerative colitis （UC） in order to provide basis for clinical intervention. Methods Ninety UC patients were assigned to observation group and 90 healthy examinees to control group. Anxiety-depression status was assessed with the Self-rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） and the Self-rating Depression Scale （SDS） in both groups. Results The SAS and SDS total scores were higher in the observation than in the control group and internal norm （P〈0.01） ; anxious and depressive emotion detection rates were respectively 37.78% and 33.33% in the observation group and were significantly higher compared with the control group （P〈0.01）. Anxiety-depression detection rates were different because of different course of disease, patient ~s condition and the incidence, working nature and educational level in the observation group （P〈0. 05 or 0. 01）. Conclusion The UC patients have notable anxiety-depression emotional problems and anxiety-depression emotions are significantly related to course of disease, patient＇s condition and the incidence, working nature and educational level. Clinical treatment should be selectively plus antidepressants and purposeful mental intervention to improve patients＇ mental health level and recover early.
