摘　　要：基于分布式工业过程测量与控制系统功能块标准(IEC61449),提出了负极片自动化生产线管控一体化的可重构控制模型(NFRCC模型).NFRCC模型在实现生产线底层自动化设备分布式控制的同时,使生产设备间具有相互通讯和协调的功能,同时可获取自身物理状态及运行参数.目前系统通过工程测试,处于稳定运行状态.Based on distributed industrial process measurement and control system function block standard（IEC61449）,a negative film automatic production line management and control integration of reconfigurable control model（NFRCC model） was provided.NFRCC model achieved bottom equipment of the automated production line distributed control,and made production equipment with the mutual communication and coordination functions for each other,and accessed to their own physical condition and operating parameters.Now,the system has passed the engineering test,in a steady state.
