负极片自动化生产线总体设计及其关键技术研究

摘　　要：锌银电池是高性能能量供给部件之一,锌银电池负极片生产是空间电源制造的关键环节.通过对负极片生产线的工作原理和工艺流程的分析,初步设计了负极片生产线,并详细设计了膏体涂制成型设备及输送系统,实现了自动放纸、放模、放网、脱模等物料输送的自动化,有效提高了负极片生产的效率,避免了有毒物质对生产人员健康的损害.Negative film is one kind of high-performance power supply component,negative film production is the key step of space power manufacturing.Through the negative film production line working principle and process analysis,a negative film production line is designed,and materials automatic transportation including paper,mold,silver nets,etc is achieved,which effectively improve the efficiency of the negative film production and avoid the toxic substances damaging the health of production personnel.
