摘　　要：针对乒乓球比赛技术特点和传统评估方法的不足,构建了基于多媒体视频的高水平乒乓球运动员技术能力评估系统.研制了比赛数据采集软件,利用比赛视频采集国内外高水平运动员技术数据,实现了数据采集的连续性和系统性,运用微粒群算法结合神经网络对高水平乒乓球运动员临场技术能力进行评估,模型精确性和收敛性较好,为指导运动员训练和比赛提供了一定的决策参考.According to the skill characteristics of table tennis match and the shortcoming of traditional evaluation method,the evaluation system for skill capability of world elite athletes based on multimedia video is constructed.The data acquisition software which adopts skill data from match video is developed to guarantee the continuity and systematicness of data collection.Artificial neural network and particle swarm algorithm are used to build the evaluation model,which shows a good accuracy and convergence,and gives some certain decision supports for athlete＇s training and competition.
