摘 要:机械基础课程教学实践质量的好坏直接影响学生的创新实践能力.客观分析了传统的实物模型教学模式所存在的客观局限性,对比了3D模型所具有的优势及其特点,总结了目前在机械基础课程教学实践中,可供使用的3D数字化资源的形式,并由此提出了面向机械制图/原理/设计3门机械基础课程的3D模型库的组成架构.同时,结合大学生创新实践活动,建立了较可行的基于3D模型库的机械创新实践流程,总结了3D模型库在教学实践中的可行性.最后,强调了与实物教学模式相结合的必要性,指出了下一步的研究方向.The ability of student's innovation practice is directly decided by the teaching quality of the mechanical fundamental courses.The relative limitation of the traditional educational mode of using material objects is analyzed.The advantages of 3D models is compared with material objection practical teaching process.The mainstream resources of 3D models are listed at current educational process.According to the above contents,the frameworks is proposed oriented to practical teaching of the courses,including engineering drawing,mechanism and mechanical design based on 3D models.Cooperating with the plan of China undergraduate student innovation practice,the detail practice flow of mechanical innovation,on the basis of 3D models,is constructed and its feasibility is summed up.At last,the necessity of combination the 3D models with material objects is presented.The future work of the practice teaching is pointed out.
