摘　　要：针对传统锅炉培训方法存在一定的危险性或局限性等缺陷,采用锅炉模拟样机与仿真系统相结合的方法,模拟真实锅炉的运行状况。结合力控组态软件与C/S网络结构,构建了集演示、练习、考核和数据库于一体的工业锅炉培训考核仿真系统。实践表明,该系统提高了司炉人员的操作技能水平,促进了锅炉系统的安全可靠运行。Aiming at some defects existing in previous assessment methods of training and evaluation for boilers,such as dangerous and limitations,by using the combination of emulated boiler and simulation system,the operation status of real boiler has been simulated.The training,examination,and simulation system of industrial boiler that integrating demo,training,examination,and simulation in one is built by combining force control configuration software and C/S network structure.The practice shows that the system improves the skill level of the operators and promotes the security and reliability of operation for boiler systems.
