摘  要:选用270只‘爱拔益加’(AA)雄性肉仔鸡,随机分成5组,每组设9个重复,每个重复6只鸡,分别饲喂玉米-豆粕基础日粮、60mg/kg硫酸锰日粮、基础日粮分别添加30、60、90mg/kg羟基蛋氨酸螯合锰日粮(试验组),试验期分为前期(0~3周)和后期(4~6周),研究了不同剂量羟基蛋氨酸鳌合锰对0~6周龄肉仔鸡生长性能、免疫力以及抗氧化能力的影响.结果表明:基础日粮中添加有机锰能够提高肉仔鸡饲料利用率,增强机体免疫力和抗氧化能力;日粮中有机锰水平与饲料利用率、胫骨锰含量、腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬指数和肝脏Mn-SOD酶活性呈一次线性关系,与新城疫抗体滴度呈二次曲线关系.The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of different levels of methionine hydroxy chelated Mn on 0~6 week-old broilers growth performance,immunity and anti-oxidant status.A total of 270 one-day Arbor Acres male broilers were randomly allotted to 5 treatments with 9 replicates(cages) of 6 chicks each and fed with corn-soybean basal diet(negative control),Mn sulfate diet at 60 mg/kg(positive control) and organic Mn diet at 30,60,and 90 mg/kg(experimenting groups) respectively.The entire experiment was divided into two stages(early and late stages).The results showed that broilers feed utilization ratio,immunity and anti-oxidant ability enhanced as they were fed with basal diet supplemented with organic Mn.Feed utilization ratio,Tibia Mn deposition,phagocytic index of macrophages and Mn-SOD enzyme activity in livers increased linearly as dietary organic Mn increased.There was a quadratic curve relation between organic Mn level and anti-NDV.
