摘　　要：介绍了将设置障碍法应用于生物化学实验教学改革过程中,即在学生在实验过程中常出问题的地方设置错误和疏漏,启发学生找出问题、分析原因、设计实验、解决障碍。并指出在实际教学过程中出现的问题,探讨如何更好地将设置障碍法运用到生物化学实验课中,以更好地培养学生分析和解决问题的能力,增强学生对所做实验的记忆。Setting up obstacles was used in biochemical experiment reform of teaching.Some mistakes and careless omissions were set up in students＇ experiments in order to illuminate students to find problems,analyse reasons,design experiments and solve obstacles.Problems in practical teaching process were pointed out.How to better set up obstacles in biochemical experiment was discussed.The abilities of analysing and solving problems were cultivated,and the memory about experiments was strengthened.
