达信公司百千瓦陶瓷激光器技术综述

摘　　要：美国达信公司用其特有的ThinZag技术和大尺寸的陶瓷Nd∶YAG薄板条作为激光增益介质,六个增益模块串联形成谐振腔单口径实现100 kW的激光输出。介绍了达信公司100 kW陶瓷Nd∶YAG板条激光器的一些基本情况以及其独特的冷却及光路结构特征,并分析了该结构所具有的优势。A laser with an average output power of 100 kW is reported by the Textron company,USA,which is based on their ThinZag design using Nd∶YAG ceramic slabs that can potentially scale to very high power in a single aperture.This paper will introduce the coolant and optical path structure of the laser,which have their unique advantages.
