摘 要:目的调查并分析临床护理带教老师对循证护理的认知现状。方法对上海市6所三级综合性医院的一线临床护理带教人员179名,采用自行设计循证护理认知问卷进行调查。结果仅有17.32%的临床带教老师对循证护理的相关知识非常熟悉或比较熟悉;87.71%的临床带教老师认为有必要在医院开展循证护理带教,83.80%的临床带教老师认为有必要在学校开设循证护理课程;179名临床带教老师中无人受过有关循证护理的全程专业培训教学及系统性进修;且不同学历层次、不同工作年限和带教时间的临床带教老师,在循证护理基础能力方面,学历越高,外语水平、文献检索、评判性思维能力和对论文的评价就越强;工作年限和带教时间越长,评判性思维能力、观察和应变能力就越强。结论大部分带教老师对循证护理的内涵知晓甚少,获得循证护理教育的途径缺乏。在临床实践中应开展循证护理教育,更新临床带教的教育模式,为临床实践提供指南,从而提高临床护理带教质量。Objective To investigate and analyze the cognitive status of clinical teachers for evidence-based nursing method.Methods Self-designed questionnaires were used to survey 179 teachers who were working in six hospitals of shanghai,with more than three years of working experience.Results Only 17.32% of the clinical teachers were familiar with evidence-based nursing;87.71% of the clinical teachers thought evidence-based nursing was necessary in hospital teaching;83.80% of the clinical teachers considered it was necessary in school teaching;None of the 179 teachers got professional and systemic education.It showed that the clinical teachers who owned higher degrees were good at English,literature retrieval,critical thinking capacity and evaluation ability for papers;Those clinical teachers who had higher seniority and longer teaching time were also good at critical thinking,observation and strain capacity.Conclusion The majority of clinical teachers have little knowledge of evidence-based nursing due to the lack of channel of evidence-based nursing education.The nursing quality can be improved by implementing evidence-based nursing education in clinical practice,updating the education mode of clinical teaching and providing the guidance for clinical practice.
