秘书职业蝶变对高职文秘专业人才培养的启示

摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展及秘书职业化进程的加快,文秘人员因其自身岗位的特殊性能够获得更多升迁或换岗的机会,不断发生着类似毛虫在蛹中蜕变成蝴蝶的变化。秘书职业蝶变现象对我国高职文秘专业教学改革有重要的启示意义。通过对高职文秘专业毕业生及用人单位的社会调查,分析了解当前形势下,文秘从业人员的职业生涯发展状况和社会更青睐于具备什么样能力的文秘人才,探析高职在文秘专业人才培养上的不足并提出对策,以便更好地适应社会需求。With the development of the economy and society and the quick changes of the secretary occupation, secretaries now get more opportunities for promotion. It is important for the major of secretary in vocational colleges to survey and study on the metamorphosis of the secretary occupation. On the basis of the survey of the higher vocational school secretarial professional graduates and employers, this paper analyses the current situation of the secretaries as well the requirements of the society, discusses the vocational colleges＇ deficiencies in cultivating secretary students as well as the solutions in order to better adapt the graduates to the needs of the society.
