摘　　要：目的探讨血清人附睾上皮分泌蛋白4(HE4)和CA125检测在诊断卵巢癌时的效果评价。方法采用ELISA法检测HE4,采用化学发光法检测血清CA125,采集33例卵巢癌患者、57例卵巢良性肿瘤患者及62例健康体检者血清,分析两标志物单项或联合检测对卵巢癌的诊断价值。结果卵巢癌患者血清HE4和CA125水平均明显高于卵巢良性疾病患者和健康对照者(P<0.01)。血清HE4和CA125联合检测对卵巢癌诊断的敏感性均高于两者单项检测,为84.8%,其特异性高于CA125单项检测,低于HE4单项检测。在卵巢癌早期诊断中,血清HE4单项检测的敏感性高于CA125单项检测。结论血清HE4和CA125联合检测可以提高卵巢癌的诊断。Objective HFA with CA125 testing against ovarian cancer diagnosis results evaluation. Methods Serum HFA level was determined by ELISA and serum CA125 concentrations were measured by CLIA in ovarian cancer patients（ n = 35 ）, benign ovarian disease patients（ n = 57 ） and healthy controls（ n = 62 ）. Results Serum HFA level and CA125 concen- trations in ovarian cancer patients were significantly higher than those in begin ovarian disease patients and healthy controls （P 〈0. O1, respectively）. The sensitivity of the dual marker combination of HFA and CA125 w as higher than that of HFA and CA125 alone, which was 84.8%. The specificity of the dual marker combination of HFA and CA125 was higher than that of CA125 alone but was lower than that of HFA alone. HE4 alone had a significantly higher sensitivity in early stage ovarian cancer than did CA125 alone. Conclusion The dual marker combination of HE4 and CA125 could improve the diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
