臭灵丹草氨基酸成分分析

摘　　要：用氨基酸分析仪分析中药臭灵丹草叶片的氨基酸成分,并比较其水解氨基酸和游离氨基酸含量。结果表明:臭灵丹草中鉴定出18种氨基酸成分,水解氨基酸总量为18.68%,游离氨基酸总量为2.75%。γ-氨基丁酸含量可达0.1%以上。The determination of amino acids in Laggera pterodonta（DC.）Benth.leaves by the L-8800 amino acid mobile analyzer was studied for the first time.And the content of free amino acid was compared to the content of hydrolyzed amino acid.The results showed that there were 18 kinds of amino acids in the leaves.The total content of hydrolyzed amino acid and free amino acid were 18.68% and 2.75% respectively.The content of GABA was up to 0.1%.
