摘　　要：风险评价是防范和控制知识产权证券化风险的重要环节。对知识产权证券化中的特殊风险进行了分析,以此为基础,构建了知识产权证券化风险评价指标体系,并运用模糊综合评价法对知识产权证券化风险进行了评价和模拟实证分析。Risk Evaluation is the important part of risk prevention of IP securitization.In this article,it analyzes the special risk of IP securitization,and establishes the evaluation index system.And,it applies fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the risk of IP securitization.
