摘 要:研究了纤维素醚掺量对EPS保温砂浆保水率、稠度、强度、粘结强度及细观孔结构的影响。结果表明,纤维素醚可明显提高EPS保温砂浆的保水率和稠度,但掺量超过0.2%时,保水率增加速率明显降低,稠度降低;低掺量(0.05%)的纤维素醚由于提高浆体对EPS颗粒的包裹,引气较少,砂浆强度较高,而后随着其掺量的增加,砂浆强度先降低后提高,稠度最高时强度最低;掺入纤维素醚将降低EPS保温砂浆的拉伸粘结强度;纤维素醚具有较强的引气作用,影响砂浆的强度,随着其掺量的提高,砂浆平均孔径降低,其引入气泡孔径为200~500um。The influence of cellulose ether content on water retention, consistency, strength, bond strength and micro pore structure of EPS thermal insulation mortar were studied. The results showed that cellulose ether could significantly improve the water retention rate and consistency of EPS thermal insulation mortar,but when the dosage more than 0.2% ,the water retention rate increased lower,and the consistency was lower. Due to increased mortar wrapping the EPS particles,low dosage of cellulose ether (0.05%)entraining made EPS thermal insulation mortar having high strength. Then with the dosage increased, its strength decreased at first and then increased. The mortar with highest consistency had lowest strength. The adding of cellulose ether would reduce the tensile bond strength of EPS thermal insulation mortar. Cellulose ether had a strong air entraining effect,which affected the strengths of mortar,and with the dosage increased, the average pore size of EPS thermal insulation mortar reduced. The pore sizes entrained were 200- 500um.
