摘  要:针对纳米定位控制系统信号的微弱性、多样性特点以及实现纳米级检测需求,文中设计了基于LVDT(LinearVariable Differential Transformer)和SGS(Strain Gauge Sensor)传感器微定位嵌入式控制系统。该系统通过LVDT和SGS两种传感器来检测微小位移并转化成模拟电压输出,采用16位AD对输出电压进行采集,并利用ARM7对采集的数据进行处理,然后通过LCD显示位移,以及通过16位DA输出与位移成正比的电压。实验表明:该系统具有较高的采样率和采样精度,使用方便灵活,具有广阔的应用前景。Aimed at weakness and diversity characteristics of micro-displacement signals and demand of nano-position inspection,a micro-displacement control embeded system was designed based on LVDT and SGS.Micro-displacement was inspected through LVDT and SGS,and then the micro-displacement was transferred into proportional voltage output.16 bit AD was used for the sampling of the output voltage and then the ARM7 was used for the signal processing.After signal processing,LCD was used for the display of micro-displacement,and 16-bit DA was used for the proportional voltage output.Experiment results show that the system has comparatively high sampling rate and accuracy,and is easy to use.easy to use.
