摘　　要：由于实施ERP项目效果方面的巨大诱惑,我国企业争相引入ERP系统,但由于选型前的准备不足或选型时的考虑不周等原因使得很多企业实施ERP项目遭遇失败。根据企业自身特点选择适合自己需要的ERP软件,是ERP项目成功实施的关键因素。因此,如何选型是成功的关键也即是文章阐述的重点。Because of the strong temptation of the implementation of ERP＇s effect,enterprises of China competitively introduced ERP system.Due to the preparation shortage before the selection and ill-consideration during the selection,and so on,many enterprises failed miserably in implementing ERP project.According to enterprise＇s own characteristics to choose ERP software suitable for their own need is a key factor for the successful implementation of ERP project.How to select the model is not only the key factor to success but also the focus of this paper.
