摘　　要：职业生涯管理是现代人力资源管理的重要内容之一,当前医院年轻化、高学历、高素质的医务工作者较多,如何对青年医务工作者进行职业生涯管理显得尤为重要。鉴于此,本文从职业生涯管理的理念、附属医科大学青年医务工作者现状及职业生涯管理的作用进行研究,从组织的角度提出若干青年医务工作者职业生涯管理的对策,为医疗机构青年医务工作者的职业生涯管理提供参考。Career management is one of the important contents in modern human resources management,in the current hospitals,have more young,highly educated and high quality medical talents,how to manage youth medical talents for career development is particularly important.In view of this,this article researches from the career management concept,the status of young medical talents in subsidiary hospital of medical university and role of professional career management.From the view of the organization,puts some strategies forward on career management for young medical talents,provides the reference on career management for young medical talents in professional medical institutions.
