摘　　要：目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者血清性激素水平的变化及与临床病理的关系。方法采用放射免疫法测定54例NSCLC患者及10例正常健康人的血清雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平,对12例接受放射治疗的NSCLC患者再分别测定放疗结束时及放疗结束后1个月的血清E2、T、LH、FSH水平。结果肺癌组与正常组比较E2值及E2/T比值升高(P<0.05或<0.01)),T下降(P<0.05);肺癌组内腺癌与鳞癌及Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者与Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者比较E2水平及E2/T比值升高(P<0.05);伴随肿瘤分化水平的降低,E2水平及E2/T比值逐渐升高(P<0.05)。肺癌患者放疗前后血清性激素水平无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 NSCLC患者体内存在与肿瘤组织类型、分化程度、TNM分期相关的性激素水平变化,激素水平检测对NSCLC病理的诊断有指导意义。肺癌患者放疗前后血清性激素水平无明显变化。Objective To observe the changes of the levels of sex hormones in serum,and to explore the correlation between the changes and clinieopathology in patients with non - small - cell lung carcinoma （ NSCLC ）. Methods The levels of serum sexual hormones including estrodiol （ E2）, testosterone （ T）, luteinizing hormone （LH） and follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH） were detected by radioimmunoassay in 54 patients with NSCLC patients and 10 healthy subjects, and the levels of serum E2,T, LH, FSH were measured in 12 patients who received radiotherapy at the end of radiotherapy and one month later. Results The serum levels of E2 and the ration of E2/T in lung cancer group were significantly higher than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） , however, the levels of testosterone were obviously decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The serum levels of E2 and the ratio of E2/T in patients with adenocareinoma and squamous cell carcinoma at Ⅲ or Ⅳ stage were significantly higher than those in patients at Ⅰ or Ⅱ stage （ P 〈 0.05 ）. With the decrease of tumor cell differentiation degree, the levels of E2 and the ratio of E2/T were gradually increased （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The changes of sex hormones in patients with NSCLC are correlated with the categories of tumor tissue,the cell differentiation degree, TNM staging, so the detection of these hormones levels has directive significance for the pathological diagnosis of NSCLC. However there are no obvious changes in the serum levels of sex hormones before and after radiotherapy.
