摘  要:目前,大学生形势与政策教育理论读物(或教材)缺乏针对性、实效性,主要表现在:教材编写缺乏规范、不能做到常编常新、教学队伍对于教材的把握不够、缺少社会实践对教材的支撑等;主要原因有:教材编著的领导机制不健全、保障机制缺乏、教材编著队伍结构和素质存在缺陷、教材内容缺乏创新等;改进措施有:将教材编著制度化,教材的结构、形式和语言表达要灵活、生动、活泼,提高教材编著队伍的素质,加大实践教学对于教材的支撑等。Nowadays the theoretical reading material about situation and policy for college students lack of pertinence and effectiveness such as the non-standardized teaching material during compiling,failing to renew the material as soon as possible,etc.There are several reasons for this problem.The leadership mechanism is not perfect.The safeguard mechanism is in short supply.The compiling team for teaching material has many defects.The content lack of innovation,etc.Thus,the improving measures are presented in this paper:(1) to make the compiling institutionalization;(2) the structure,form and language expression of teaching material should be flexible and lively;(3) to improve the quality of compiling team;(4) practical teaching should strengthen the influence on teaching materials.
