摘　　要：金陵女子大学是近代中国享有很高声誉的女子高等院校。金陵女子大学在其存续的三十多年间,形成了以人为本的办学理念。其人性化的管理措施、系科设置、校园文化活动等,营造出了"学校如家"的和谐气氛。金陵女子大学以人为本的办学理念对于当下高等院校的人才培养工作具有重要的启示。Jinling Female University is well-known for its strict management in training qualified personnel.The spirit of ＂improving people＇s living condition＂ holds that people can＇t live for themselves but should use their wisdom and ability to help others and the society,which had a profound effect on and active contribution to the educational development and talents cultivation in that time,and it still has great influence on today＇s higher education.
