摘 要:以毛竹靠近竹青的最外层竹篾和桦木单板为原料生产3种不同密度的竹木复合层积材,对其基本力学性能及耐老化性能进行了研究。结果表明:在板材密度0.9~1.1 g/cm3的范围内,竹木复合层积材的抗弯强度>220 MPa,抗弯模量>20 GPa,顺纹抗压强度>150 MPa,顺纹抗拉强度>200 MPa,且板材力学性能随板材密度的增大而增大;在实验室加速老化处理后竹木复合层积材的抗弯模量、抗弯强度、顺纹抗压(抗拉)强度的保留率都很高,均在75%以上,表现出很强的抗老化能力。Bamboo-wood composite laminated veneer lumbers (LVL) with 3 densities were prepared in this study. The ma- terial chosen were bamboo strips near bamboo green and birch veneers. Mechanical properties of the boards and the influ- ence of accelerated aging were studied. The results showed that in the density range from 0.9 to 1. lg/cm3 , the values of MOR were above 220 MPa. The values of MOE were above 20 GPa. The values of compressive strength parallel to the grain were above 150 MPa. And the values of tensile strength parallel to the grain were above 200 MPa. All the strengths in- creased with the increase of board density. Accelerated aging test showed that the retention rate of board mechanical proper- ties was more than 75%, showing a strong anti-aging ability.
