单板复合强化木地板的研制

摘  要:试制了"耐磨纸-意杨单板-HDF基材(12 mm厚)-平衡纸"4层结构强化木地板基材,研究了单板厚度(1.2,1.5,2.0 mm)、胶黏剂种类(聚氨酯,脲醛树脂)及涂布量(单面100,110,130,150,160 g/m2)对板材翘曲度、吸水厚度膨胀率、内结合强度及机加工性能的影响。结果表明:实木贴面复合木地板具备工艺技术可行性,产品的翘曲度随单板厚度和施胶量的提高而递增(最高可达约0.6%),采用聚氨酯胶黏剂时产品性能优于脲醛树脂胶合板材,但冷压周期偏长。推荐工艺条件为:单板1.2 mm,PU或UF胶黏剂均可,涂布量控制在100 g/m2左右。In this paper, four-layer veneer-overlaid composite laminate floorings(VCLF) were made with wear-resistant pa- per, poplar veneers, 12 mm-thick high density flberhoard(HDF) , and balance paper. Influences of three processing fac- tors, i. e. , veneer thickness ( 1.2, 1.5, 2.0 mm) , adhesives ( polyurethane-PU, urea formaldehyde resin-UF), and resin content ( 100,110,130,150,160 g/m2 ), on board properties including warping, thickness swelling ( TS), inner bond strength ( IB), and machining performance, were investigated. It was found that manufacture of VCLF was technically fea- sible. Warping of VCLF increased with the increase of veneer thickness and resin content ( maximum value : 6% ). PU- glued VCLFs showed better performances than UF-bonded products. However, it demanded longer pressing time since PU was cured at room temperature. Recommended processing conditions were: veneer thickness 1.2mm, PU or UF adhesive content of about 100 g/m2.
