摘　　要：批评话语分析主要目的是通过表面的语言形式,揭露语篇、意识形态和权势之间的关系。在国内某知名公司致广大用户的一封信中,及物性、人称代词和语篇的选择与运用,发挥着为其公司意识形态服务并且试图统治读者思想的作用。从批评话语分析角度对这封信的解读,能够促使读者对大众语篇进行批评性阅读,提高读者的批评语言意识与反控制意识。Critical discourse analysis aims to reveal the relationship among discourse,ideology and power through analyzing linguistic features.In the public letter of a dominant company in China,the choices and use of personal pronouns,transitivity and discourse serve for its ideology and attempt to control readers＇ minds.Analyzing the letter from the perspective of CDA would enable the readers to take critical reading towards the public discourse and help them enhance their critical language awareness.
