双歧杆菌WPG对肝癌H22细胞的抑制作用研究

摘　　要：目的研究双歧杆菌完整肽聚糖(WPG)对小鼠肝癌细胞株H22的影响。方法采用MTT法检测双歧杆菌WPG对肝癌细胞株H22、人肝脏上皮细胞株的杀伤作用;观察WPG对荷瘤小鼠生存期的影响、抑瘤率及淋巴细胞转化率;对WPG作用后的肝癌细胞株H22进行形态学观察。结果双歧杆菌WPG在体外对肝癌细胞株H22具有显著的选择性杀伤作用;小鼠体内注射WPG明显抑制小鼠肝癌H22细胞的生长,提高淋巴细胞转化率;WPG作用后的H22细胞在透射电镜下凋亡现象明显。结论双歧杆菌的WPG对肝癌细胞株H22具有抑制作用。Objective To study in vitro and in vivo antitumor effects of whole peptidoglycan（WPG） from Bifidobacterium on liver cancer cells H22.Methods Lethal effects of WPG on liver cancer cell line（H22） and liver epithelial cell line were detected by MTT method.The effects of WPG on lifetime of tumor-bearing mice,tumor control rate and lymphocyte transformation rate were observed.And the shape of liver cancer cell line（H22） which was effected by WPG was observed.Results There were significantly selective lethal effects of WPG on liver cancer cell line（H22）.The incidence of liver tumor was lower in WPG group than that in control group.Conclusion WPG of Bifidobacterium shows an inhibitory effect on the upgrowth of liver cancer cell line（H22）.
