非霍奇金淋巴瘤组织中核因子κB的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨核因子κB(NF-κB)在非霍奇金淋巴瘤(NHL)组织中的表达,分析其与肿瘤发生和发展的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学PV-9000法检测56例NHL标本、30例淋巴结反应性增生组织中NF-κB的表达。结果 NHL组的NF-κB阳性表达率为67.9%,显著高于对照组(30.0%),相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NF-κB阳性表达水平随NHL的恶性程度增加、临床分期进展而逐渐升高(P<0.05),而在不同的年龄组和免疫分型之间阳性表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 NF-κB在NHL组织中呈高表达,NF-κB表达与NHL发生和发展密切相关。Objective To study the expression and clinical significance of nuclea rfactor kappa B（NF-κB） in tissue of non-hodgkin＇s lymphoma（NHL）,and to explore the effect of NF-κB on the occurrence and development of tumors.Methods The expression of NF-κB in 56 cases of NHL tissues and 30 cases of reactive hyperplasia of lymph node（RH）tissues were detected by PV-9000 immunohistochemical method.Results The positive expression rate of NF-κB in the NHL group was 67.9%,which was significantly higher than that（30.0%） in the RH tissues group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The positive expression rate of NF-κB was increased with the degree of malignancy and the progress of clinical stage gradually increased（P0.05）.But no statistically significant difference was found in the positive expression rate of NF-κB among different age-groups and immunophenotype groups（P0.05）.Conclusions NF-κB has a high expression in the NHL tissues.The expression of NF-κ B is closely related to the occurrence and development of NHL.
