摘  要:目的:针对非小细胞肺癌,采用周末休息的连续加速超分割放疗方案,配合三维适形放疗及深吸气屏气技术,探讨其摆位方法。方法:对10例不能手术的Ⅲ期非小细胞肺癌患者,采用连续加速超分割三维适形放疗配合深吸气屏气技术进行治疗摆位的回顾性分析。单次分割剂量为1.1~1.5 Gy,3次/d,5 d周/,总剂量为62~63 Gy。结果:全部患者均按照预定方案完成治疗,无一例中断放疗,未出现2级以上放射性肺炎。结论:非小细胞肺癌采用连续加速超分割三维适形放疗配合深吸气屏气技术,放疗摆位过程中密切医患配合,减少了人为误差,提高了摆位精确度,可以确保治疗计划的顺利实施。Objective For non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC),with continuous hyperfractionated accelerated radiotherapy weekendless(CHARTWEL) programs,with three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy(3D-CRT) and deep inspiration breath-hold technique,to explore the positioning method.Method A retrospective analysis was made on the positioning of 10 patients with inoperable III stage of NSCLC treated by continuous hyperfractionated accelerated 3D-CRT combined with deep inspiration breath-hold technique.The regimen was:total dose 62~63 Gy,1.1~1.5 Gy/f,3 f/d,5 d/w.Results All patients completed the treatment according to the plan,with no interruption of radiation therapy,did not appear two or more radiation pneumonitis.Conclusion For NSCLC treated by continuous hyperfractionated accelerated 3D-CRT combined with deep inspiration breath-hold technique,the closely combination of doctors and nurses during radiotherapy positioning,can reduce human error and improve the positioning accuracy,in order to ensure the smoothly implementation of treatment plan.
