论创新型体育教师的培养

摘　　要：21世纪是一个知识经济的时代。在知识经济的时代对于教师的创性能力有了更高的要求,体育教育作为学校教育的重要组成部分,对于体育教师的创新能力要求也越来越高。本文通过文献资料等方法,对于体育教师创新能力的培养特点进行了研究和探讨。21 century is times of knowledge economy.In the times of knowledge economy for the wound performance of teacher,force has got higher requirement,sport education is the important composition part of school education,is more and more high for the innovation ability requirement of sport teacher.This paper has carried out research and discussion through the methods such as document information for training characteristic as well as the feature of sport teacher innovation ability.
