摘　　要：目的探讨血清铁蛋白与儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)发生的关系。方法利用计算机在万方数据库、中国全文期刊数据库、维普数据库和PubMed数据库中检索血清铁蛋白与儿童ADHD发生的相关文献,并应用RevMan 5.0软件对符合入选标准的文献进行异质性检验和效应值合并,同时进行敏感性分析和偏倚评估。结果纳入符合条件的相关文献5篇,共计ADHD 258例,对照138例。血清铁蛋白与儿童ADHD发生关系的研究间存在异质性(P=0.003),采用随机效应模型进行分析,结果合并OR值(95%CI)为-23.09(-33.06～-13.13),P<0.00001。各研究的敏感性分析较稳定且无发表偏倚。结论血清铁蛋白水平与儿童ADHD的发生有关。Objective To study the possible relationship between serum ferritin levels and susceptibility to attention deficit hyperactivity disorder（ADHD） in children. Methods The papers relating to the relationship between serum ferritin levels and susceptibility to childhood ADHD were searched in the Database CBM,CNKI,VIP and PubMed.The Meta-analysis software RevMan 5.0 was used for the heterogeneity test and for the pooled OR calculation.Sensitivity and publication bias analysis were performed. Results Five control studies were included for the Meta analysis,including 258 cases of ADHD and 138 control cases.There was heterogeneity in the studies on the relationship between serum ferritin levels and susceptibility to childhood ADHD（P=0.003）.So the studies were analyzed using the random-effect model.The pooled OR of serum ferritin levels and susceptibility to childhood ADHD was-23.09（95%CI：-33.06-13.13;P0.00001）.The funnel plots did not indicate the existence of publication bias. Conclusions The results from present Meta analysis can prove that serum ferritin levels are associated with susceptibility to childhood ADHD.
