摘　　要：我国公务员职务消费目前处于一种极度膨胀状态,并受到社会的广泛关注。针对公务员职务消费制度不规范、不透明、界限模糊、缺乏有效监督制约机制等问题,其改革措施是:建立健全公务员职务消费制度;实现公务员职务消费透明化;强化监督的作用;构建公务员职务消费效能评价系统。Now the position-related consumption of China＇s civil servant is over-inflated, and draws wide public concern. The reform on nonstandard consumption system, unclear definition, and lack of effective supervision is to build a consumption system to clarify the position-related consumption, to increase supervision, and to construct performance evaluation system on position-related consumption of civil servants.
