摘　　要：良好的医患关系是医疗工作的前提。要处理好医患关,首先,要从培养临床医学生与患者之间的沟通能力入手,然而,医学院校医患关系教育本身不足,导致医务人员沟通意识和沟通技巧缺乏。因而从医学生着手,培养其医患沟通及建立和谐医患关系的能力是当前迫切需要解决的问题。The medical work should be on the basis of good doctor-patient relationship.To deal well with doctor-patient relationship, We need begin with developing the clinical students＇ ability to communicate with the Patients . It is urgent to cultivate the clinical students＇ ability of communication skill and Harmonious hospital patient relationship because of the shortage of the related knowledge on this aspec.t
