摘  要:隧道和地下工程施工是一个受地质条件、岩土体性质、开挖方法和支护结构、施工组织及管理等多种复杂因素影响的动态过程,合理的安全风险分析与评价是及时、适当地采取应对措施降低安全风险的关键.基于已有的岩体隧道施工的五级风险等级标准和二层安全风险评价指标体系,通过对非定量的因素进行定量化处理,利用层次分析法求得各个指标的权重,建立了相应的评判因素集与评判矩阵.采用这种方法对兰武二线乌鞘岭隧道F7断层段的原定施工方案的安全风险进行评价,得出了较为合理的结果.Tunnelling is a dynamical procedure always affected by various complex factors such as geology, rock and soil properties, excavation method and support structures, construction organization and management et al, so it is of much crucial for appropriate safety risk analysis and assessment to adopt timely and proper measures to mitigate the tunnelling risks. Based on the existing 5-grade risk assessment criteria and double layered hierarchy model of risk assessment indices of tunnelling in rock mass, the assessment factor set and assessment matrix were established after quantifying the qualitative factors and subsequent calculating the weight vectors of all the indices by AHP method. The method was then used to assess the tunnelling risk of preliminary tunnelling scheme for F7 fault zone in Wushaoling Tunnel on the I.anzhou-Wu- wei multi-track railway,which yielded reasonable results.
