摘  要:运用UGS NX对冲压焊接多级离心泵叶轮进行三维造型,通过水力模型提取扭曲式叶轮型值点空间直角坐标得到光滑连续的冲压泵扭曲式叶片.对叶轮前后盖板进行改型设计并采用激光焊接,有效提高了耦合度、减小了热应力对叶轮变形的影响,从而提高了焊接质量,为大流量冲压焊接多级离心泵设计制造提供了有益参考.Three-dimensional modeling of impeller for stamping and welding multistage centrifugal pump was obtained by UGS NX.The smooth and continuous distort-type blades were got by the method of extracting vertexes space Cartesian coordinates of distort-impeller from hydraulic model.The influence of thermal stress on the deformation of the impeller was greatly reduced and the improving coupling degree and the quality of welding were improved to conduct a retrofit design of front and back plate and laser welding.This study was very helpful to the design of large-discharge stamping and welding multistage centrifugal pumps.
